I am happy to accept requests for gift certificates for your family and friends. I will then invoice you and provide them the service. Feel free to make a request and we can discuss further how that would work!

My love for teaching means that I will make every effort to provide the best tuition I can whilst ensuring your horse is happy to learn also.

Typically I will commute 30 minutes from Chesterfield.

I am willing to travel to an equestrian venue of your choice within a reasonable distance to hire out facilities.

To get started, you will need your own horse and own correctly fitted Personal Protective Equipment, which must meet the current standards and regulations.

A riding hat MUST be worn. However, it is personal preference whether you wear a body protector during general lessons.
A body protector MUST be worn if cross country coaching or training.

You dont necessarily need suitable riding spaces such as a menage or hacking on your yard as long as hiring this space locally for the lesson is possible.

Yes, you must have your own horse and ensure that your horse is fit and healthy.

There is no set time frame however committing to weekly lessons would typically mean you’ve learnt the basics of riding within 12 months. Basic skills include: a foundation in horse care, controlling your horse when walking, trotting and cantering.

The actual time it takes to become confident on horseback is different for each person and obviously the standard of riding expected.
